Employer Terms of Use
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern all Employers (defined as “Employers”) & Fashion Workers (defined as “Job Seeker”) that:
- have accessed the LegsApparel Skills Hub website as an employer via www.LegsApparelskillshub.com
- have been advised that applications submitted in respect of the position needed will be stored on your behalf within www.LegsApparelskillshub.com; and
- have utilized any features of the Site or LegsApparel Skills Hub’s service offered through the Site.
Your access to and use of the information, materials, and services provided on this Site is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with the Terms.
Depending on what level of service you choose, there may be other terms that govern your relationship with LegsApparel Skills Hub in conjunction with these Terms.
For the purposes of this agreement the words ” LegsApparel Skills Hub “, “We”, “Our” and “Us” refer to LegsApparel Skills Hub and “Site” to materials delivered on www.LegsApparelskillshub.com
The Site is owned and operated by LegsApparel Nigeria Limited defined as (“LegsApparel Skills Hub “, “we”, “us”, and “our”).
Your continued use of this Site will be deemed as acceptance of these Terms by you.
Variation of Terms
1. LegsApparel Skills Hub may vary these Terms at any time. If LegsApparel Skills Hub varies these Terms, it will provide notice by publishing the varied Terms on the Site.
2. You accept that by doing this, LegsApparel Skills Hub has provided you with sufficient notice of the variation to its Terms.
Payment
3. LegsApparel Skills Hub service to employers are free for the first one year of patronage.
4. After one year of free services, you are obliged to pay for the services that LegsApparel Skills Hub agrees to provide you with regardless of whether you utilize or fully utilize those services.
5. All payments are done through Bank Transfer and proof of payment sent to our email.
6. If you do not pay for services rendered on time, LegsApparel Skills Hub may disable your account without notice and refuse to supply further services to you.
Intellectual Property Rights
7. LegsApparel Skills Hub retains all intellectual property rights subsisting of any of the services provided to you by LegsApparel Skills Hub. All intellectual property rights in information, data and materials used or appearing on the Site including (without limitation) all software, tools, know-how, equipment or processes, trademarks, logos and other materials shall remain the sole and exclusive property of LegsApparel Skills Hub or its licensors. Employers acknowledges and agrees that he/she shall not acquire any rights, title or interest in or to any of LegsApparel Skills Hub intellectual property rights.
Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
8. LegsApparel Skills Hub provides no warranty to you that services generally available through the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Except where we are unable to exclude our liability by legislation, we, our officers, agents, and contractors will not be liable in any way to you or anyone else for any loss or damage, however, it arises (whether in contract, negligence, or otherwise) out of or in connection with your access and use of the Site.
9. LegsApparel Skills Hub accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage brought about from your selected “Job Seeker” so the onus is on the ‘Employer’ to perform its due diligence in ensuring a thorough back ground check of the chosen “Job Seeker” is carried out independent of LegsApparel Skills Hub platform /Site.
10. Our limitation of liability under these Terms applies to direct, indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or other damages that you or others may suffer, as well as damages for loss of profit, business interruption, or the loss of data or information, even if we are informed of their possibility.
11. LegsApparel Skills Hub agrees to use reasonable efforts to remove “Job Seeker” offenders from our data base in the shortest possible time.
12. LegsApparel Skills Hub cannot and does not guarantee you that files available for downloading through the Site or delivered via electronic mail through the Site, or features and products available through the Site, will be free of infection or viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other code that manifest contaminating or destructive properties. You are responsible for implementing sufficient safety procedures and checkpoints to satisfy your particular requirements for accuracy of data input and output, and for maintaining a means external to the Site for the reconstruction of any lost data.
13. LegsApparel Skills Hub acts as a medium through which individuals seek employment opportunities. LegsApparel Skills Hub does not vet, nor is it responsible for vetting Job Seekers or the representations made by them whether oral or in writing – including those representations appearing in Job Seekers’ resumes.
Changes to the Site
14. LegsApparel Skills Hub reserves the right at all times, without the need to have to provide any notice to you, to alter the functionality and/or appearance of its services available from LegsApparel Skills Hub or the Site itself, including but not limited to advertisements on the Site and/or as they are represented on mobile communication devices.
Your Obligations
15. You warrant and agree that:
a. you have the legal capacity and power to agree to be bound by these Terms and perform the obligations under them;
b. all files delivered to LegsApparel Skills Hub will be free of infection or viruses;
c. you will not use the Site for any illegal purpose;
d. you will not use the Site or any features of the Site or services offered on the Site to upload, download, transact, store or make available data that is unlawful, harassing threatening, harmful, tortious, defamatory, libelous, abusive violent, obscene, invasive of another’s privacy, racially or ethnically offensive or otherwise in our opinion objectionable or damaging to LegsApparel Skills Hub, the Site users or persons generally;
f. if you have engaged a third-party provider to obtain data and/or obtain services from the Site on your behalf, you understand that a breach of these Terms by that provider will be deemed to be a breach of the relevant Terms (including the Service Terms) by you, and LegsApparel Skills Hub will have the right to take action against you on account of that breach (even if you had no knowledge of, and no involvement in, the said breach).
16. You may not assign or transfer any rights and obligations pursuant to these Terms to any other person or entity without LegsApparel Skills Hub‘s prior written approval (which will not be unreasonably withheld). If you are a company, any change in your effective control shall be deemed an assignment for the purpose of this clause.
17. You indemnify and will keep indemnified LegsApparel Skills Hub, its officers, “Job Seekers, and agents against all claims, actions, suits, liabilities, actual or contingent costs, damages, and expenses incurred by LegsApparel Skills Hub in connection with:
a. any breach of these Terms or the Service Terms by you;
b. any negligent act or omission by you;
18. You agree at all times to deal with any information or services provided by LegsApparel Skills Hub or accessed from the Site in a manner that abides by all applicable laws of Nigeria or of any other relevant jurisdiction (including, without limitation, privacy and copyright laws).
19. Except as otherwise permitted under these Terms, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute in any way any material from this Site including code and software.
20. You may not use data mining, robots, screen scraping, or similar automated data gathering, extraction, or publication tools on this Site (including without limitation for the purposes of establishing, maintaining, advancing, or reproducing information contained on our Site on another website or in any other publication), without LegsApparel Skills Hub‘s prior written approval.
21. You may not use any feature of the Site to send any unsolicited commercial electronic messages to candidates, whether individually or as a group. Candidate management tools may only be used to communicate with candidates in accordance with the Service Terms.
22. You must not release to the public any news release, advertising material, promotional material, or any other form of publicity relating to LegsApparel Skills Hub without LegsApparel Skills Hub‘s prior written approval.
23. Any application acquired by you from LegsApparel Skills Hub must not be on-sold or supplied by you to third parties unless you are a media buyer (as approved by LegsApparel Skills Hub) whose primary business it is to acquire media on behalf of third parties, or unless you are a job recruiter and supply job recruitment services (as approved by LegsApparel Skills Hub) in conjunction with the job opening.
Misuse of Job Seeker data, and on-selling
24. Any personal information of any Job seeker that you obtain through your use of the Site or any features of the Site or products offered on the Site (including job applications received from candidates) must only be used by you in relation to your genuine employment and/or recruitment activities.
25. Selling or offering services or products (such as learning or educational courses or tools) to candidates whose personal information you have obtained through your use of the Site (including job applications received from candidates) is considered by LegsApparel Skills Hub to be a misuse of candidate data and is prohibited.
26. You may not under any circumstances provide any Job seekers’ personal information you have obtained through your use of the Site (including job applications received from candidates) to any other party, including to any affiliate or related party of yours (unless LegsApparel Skills Hub has otherwise
consented to this). This restriction on forwarding personal information applies irrespective of whether you receive direct financial benefit for doing so.
27. LegsApparel Skills Hub is resolute in its determination to prevent the misuse of Job seekers’ data. If LegsApparel Skills Hub believes that you have misused Job Seekers’ data for any reason, LegsApparel Skills Hub reserves the right to:
a. immediately suspend or terminate your account, and/or suspend or terminate the account of any party that has received Job Seekers’ personal information from you in breach of these Terms;
b. report any potential contraventions to the relevant authorities; and/or
c. take legal action against you including any number of remedies provided by law, including the award of monetary damages.
28. You are not permitted to promote or refer to brands other than those associated with your business, (or a business operated by a related party to you):
a. within the details of a job ad (including from the apply functions);
b. from within LegsApparel Skills Hub‘s job application process;
c. within or from a previously approved externally hosted application form;
d. within an employer/company profile; or
e. within any communications with a Job Seeker without LegsApparel Skills Hub‘s express approval which may be granted, withheld or withdrawn at LegsApparel Skills Hub‘s discretion.
29. You may only apply on the Site that are in respect of a genuine employment opportunity that is current as at the time of applying, and for which you are currently recruiting. LegsApparel Skills Hub reserves the right to request any information from you that it deems necessary to verify that a genuine employment opportunity exists.
30. You must ensure that job openings posted to the Site are posted to the appropriate category of the Site. It is your responsibility to ensure that you familiarize yourself with the job opening requirements of each available category on the Site to ensure the appropriate placement of openings.
31. Employers must ensure that all information entered into any data entry field, as part of the application classification process, relates directly to the relevant data field category. LegsApparel Skills Hub reserves the right to amend, alter or remove any information that does not meet this requirement.
32. Your applications are valid for up to 90 days Authority to store and retain applications
33. You expressly authorize LegsApparel Skills Hub to store and retain all applications submitted in response to the relevant job placement services within the LegsApparel Skills Hub Employer Zone, rather than emailing those applications to an external source.
Access
Maintenance
34. LegsApparel Skills Hub will use reasonable endeavors to ensure that the LegsApparel Skills Hub Employer Application form is available for access by authorized users at all times. Notwithstanding this, LegsApparel Skills Hub and its third-party service providers may be required to undertake maintenance and upkeep of the LegsApparel Skills Hub Employer Application form from time to time. LegsApparel Skills Hub will endeavor to limit any ‘downtime’ period. In an unlikely case of a downtime, LegsApparel Skills Hub will not be responsible for any loss incurred by the site user.
Basic Job
35. Basic Job is our entry-level service that allows you to apply for an “Job Seeker” on our website and receive applications from interested parties. The applications are hosted on our CV database portal and Employers will be matched with the available and suitable candidates.
a. Basic job is our listing product which allows you a Listing Slot on the LegsApparel Skills Hub website.
b. LegsApparel Skills Hub is not responsible for the number of applications and quality of applications you received.
Fashion Worker Terms of Use
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern all Fashion Workers (defined as “Job Seeker”) & Employers (defined as “Employers”) that:
- have accessed the LegsApparel Skills Hub website as a “Job Seeker” via www.LegsApparelskillshub.com
- have been advised that applications submitted in respect of the position needed will be stored on your behalf within www.LegsApparelskillshub.com; and
- have utilized any features of the Site or LegsApparel Skills Hub’s service offered through the Site.
Your access to and use of the information, materials, and services provided on this Site is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with the Terms.
Depending on what level of service you choose, there may be other terms that govern your relationship with LegsApparel Skills Hub in conjunction with these Terms.

a) “Job Seeker” Eligibility
“Job Seeker” acknowledges and agrees that the System is available only to persons aged 18 years old and over. “Job Seeker” represents and warrants that he/she is 18 years old or over.
b) LegsApparel Skills Hub Role
The site operates as both a finder and facilitator seeking to match the needs of “Job Seeker’s with Employers. LegsApparel Skills Hub is a neutral facilitator and the “Job Seeker” acknowledges and agrees LegsApparel Skills Hub is not directly involved in the transactions between ‘Job seekers’ & Employers.
c) To the extent that the “Job Seeker” submits any information or material to LegsApparel Skills Hub relating to a Job Request or for otherwise posting on the Site, “Job Seeker” automatically grants LegsApparel Skills Hub a license to use the information or material for the purpose for which it is provided.
Variation of Terms
1. LegsApparel Skills Hub may vary these Terms at any time. If LegsApparel Skills Hub varies these Terms, it will provide notice by publishing the varied Terms on the Site.
2. You accept that by doing this, LegsApparel Skills Hub has provided you with sufficient notice of the variation to its Terms.
Payment
3. LegsApparel Skills Hub service to “Job Seeker”s are a fixed N5,000 subscription paid every 6 months.
4. After the 6 months period, you are required to renew your subscription to have your data reserved in our data base.
5. All payments are done through Bank Transfer and proof of payment sent to our email.
6. If you do not pay for services rendered on time, LegsApparel Skills Hub may disable your account without notice and refuse to supply further services to you.

24. You must not release to the public any news release, advertising material, promotional material, or any other form of publicity relating to LegsApparel Skills Hub without LegsApparel Skills Hub’s prior written approval.
25. Any Employer information acquired by you from LegsApparel Skills Hub must not be on-sold or supplied by you to third parties unless you are a media buyer (as approved by LegsApparel Skills Hub) whose primary business it is to acquire media on behalf of third parties, or unless you are a job recruiter
and supply job recruitment services (as approved by LegsApparel Skills Hub) in conjunction with the job advertisements.
Misuse of Employer data, and on-selling
26. Any personal information of any Employer that you obtain through your use of the Site or any features of the Site or services offered on the Site (including employer details received from employers) must only be used by you in relation to your genuine employment activities.
28. Selling or offering services or products (such as learning or educational courses or tools) to
employers whose personal information you have obtained through your use of the Site (including applications details received from employers) is considered by LegsApparel Skills Hub to be a misuse of employer data and is prohibited.
29. You may not under any circumstances provide any employers’ personal information you have obtained through your use of the Site (including employers details received from employers) to any other party, including to any affiliate or related party of yours (unless LegsApparel Skills Hub has otherwise consented to this). This restriction on forwarding personal information applies irrespective of whether you receive direct financial benefit for doing so.

c. take legal action against you including any number of remedies provided by law, including the award of monetary damages.
31. You must ensure that applications filled on the Site are posted to the appropriate category of the Site. It is your responsibility to ensure that you familiarize yourself with the application requirements of each available category on the Site to ensure the appropriate placement of job vacancies.
32. “Job Seeker”s must ensure that all information entered into any data entry field, as part of the application classification process, relates directly to the relevant data field category. LegsApparel Skills Hub reserves the right to amend, alter or remove any information that does not meet this requirement.
33. Your applications are valid for up to 6 months.
Authority to store and retain applications
34. You expressly authorize LegsApparel Skills Hub to store and retain all applications submitted in
response to the relevant job placement services within the LegsApparel Skills Hub “Job Seeker” Zone.
Access
